I had recharged Jio Airfiber for Rs 2200 on 25th December. Money was deducted from the account but recharge was not done. I also talked to customer care but I did not get any help from there either I also sent them an email but I did not get any reply to that. Please take appropriate action on this and get my money back. i also attached screenshot of transaction id and Bill Reference number
