Hello sir/mam,
On August 18 Noon 12:30 PM I recharged my mother’s number using my Airtel App . I made payment for 558 Rupees pack (which is 56 days validity unlimited calling pack with 2gb data). And I made the payment through IOB Netbanking in Airtel app. But after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions for my mom’s number but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the pack. Below are the details of my IOB Netbanking transaction and number details.
