Dear Vodafone
I recharged rs 399 on date 14 April 2020 for my Vodafone app prepaid mobile via Vodafone app and pay the amount using phone pet. But the recharge was not done and I even did not receive any sms for this recharge while RS 399 was deducted from BOB account .
Plz do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.
