I contacted Money View Personal, and the amount was credited without my knowledge. I contacted Money View Customer Service, and the full amount was returned to me.
The application is now open, and an auto debit option is also available.
I have made numerous complaints to the Money View team by phone and email, but they have taken no action. The problem has been ongoing since January.
Please terminate my loan and refund the 6914 that was deducted from my account.
