Dear Sir,
This is to bring your attention that in a loan topup, the top amount transferred by Indiagold in an incorrect account despite of sharing my correct bank details via cancelled cheque. Now they are not acknowledging my concern and since last 5 days, they are just pretending that we are making this up. I checked with them that there is no active request on my loan by Indiagold.
I provided all the proofs given by payee bank to Indiagold and clearly reflecting that the amont not received by payee bank also.
Neither me nor incorrect bank both didn’t received the amount but Indiagold not taking up my concerns.
The incident took place on 30th Nay’24 and since then I’m following with them but they are not responding anyway and their agents are misbehaving in other way.
As per them we have transferred the money to you, now you do whatever you want to do to get your money.
Request you kindly look into this and do the needful.
