I load money from my debit card to mobikwik wallet on 6th April and then transfer that money to my bank account. But on 6th April money load to my wallet but not transfer to my bank account. When I contact to mobikwik nodal officer contact number they said they try but till date no reply from them. Till today it indicates pending and mobikwik not answering what happened to my money. I also raised ticket but they not do any kind of help.
