Hi , I had booked for 2 standard rooms and package for both Rs.8210/- on 28th October 2020 and travel date was 31st october 2020 . But when we reached the Shilaanadra resort bangalore on 31st october they said no rooms available . After trying to contact the thrillophilia several times they switched off the contact number and never contacted back. I need a refund now of all my money with the taxes for the misbehave that’s taken place.
