I booked a Europe trip with thrillophilia team in June of amount Rs 2,49,375. I also went through visa process with there team as a part of package. But there visa team gave me incomplete and incorrect documents which caused my visa rejection. My visa rejection reason was: doubts on the reliability and authenticity of the supported documents which I received from the thrillophilia team itself. I had filed a complaint against there team before visa status knowing that this would happen because there were many issues with their team. Now, even when there team was at fault, they didn’t refund my money. Instead of providing my whole refund, first they deducted Rs 50,000 from me without my fault and gave rest in there website wallet- which is called thrillcash+. This thrillcash+ is only useful when I book another trip with them. I repeatedly told them I do not trust there team and I do not want another trip. I wanted my refund in cash, but they did not agree and did not gave me any other option. They forced me to use thrillcash+, which I did not want to. I fought with them allot but they did not agree. Bec my money was in thrillcash+, amount Rs 1,99,375, I had to use that with another trip from them. In September, I booked another trip with them where many many things went wrong and I already created a consumer grievance, docket number- 5222356 against that trip. I am so disappointed and hurt from there experiences that I do not want any another trip with them. I want my thrillcash+ amount which is 1,48,055, in cash!! That’s my hard earned money, but they are denying to me. This is unethical and highly unprofessional! This is costumer torture! I have been fighting for me money since long but they are forcing me to book trips and not returning my money.
