I have booked a hotel through agoda website on 16th Feb, 2021. However I did not receive any booking ID. My money got deducted. When contacted Agoda customer care, they said that there in no booking on your name.
I also share my Bank statement with them, however they are still saying there is no booking. This is a total scam site.
I have reported this incident with my bank. soon i will find out where the money has gone. I will take this to Cyber crime branch for sure.
