Money Tap have deleted all the loan details from the app and when asked they say they have redirect it to DMI finance portal, from were we can just see the loan details but cannot make payment or close the loan, I have informed them that auto debit is disabled then to they say you will have to pay bounce charges,
First thing,
1) No link to pay EMI and when we whatsapp them to ask the link they say after 7th, and when we say them on 8th they say now you have to pay paneity
2) If I do not have the source of repayment how can we make payment to the app
3) Every month we have to deal with this same thing
4) Asked them 100 times to give a call back but they never call back .
