I have paid for airtel ftth installation Rs.2828 on 06/10/2020 and further they haven’t turned up for installation and neither they are responding for further communication. I’m trying to call to their customer care they said I will receive a call regarding the information within 6 hours, it has been more than 24 hrs but I have not received any communication. I need my money back and also the answer for the worst nil response .
