Dear Sir
I purchased two fire fire extinguisher (01is 6k and other one is 4kg) from Flipkart on 28/07/2023. On 31 July one was (6Kg) was delivered to me by OTP based delivery and I got confirmation for the same. I got confirmation of delivery for the second but it was not delivered to me. I neither got any call nor any OTP from delivery man or flip kart. and now from 31-07-2023 I am continuously calling to Flipkart customer care regarding this issue they have close the issue by marking that they have talk to seller and my product is delivered on 31-07-2023 even they are not ready to share delivery man detail for confirming. Not a single person tried to comminute with me on this issue. More than 10 time to call in Flipkart they haven’t resolve my issue but marked as issue resolved. Neither i got my product nor any refund as on date. You are requested to please do the needful at earliest.
