I had placed a prepaid order with Shilpshaala on March 9th 2023 on Instagram page by the name Shilpshaala worth Rs 1450. The person who owns the page committed to get products delivered within 4-5 weeks. 45 days have passed and I haven’t received the products yet. I have sent me numerous texts and mails but he is not responding at all. The person who owns the page portray himself by the name of Krishna Rathi.
