I am Md Vaseem and I have made an account on Coindcx from my name ( Md Vaseem) and as I have purchased a new sim card from my name only but a paytm account was already registered with that new number with someone else’s name ( Uchit Ravidas). I didn’t know about that and i registered that paytm with my coin dcx account ( I did it all with my name only) and they also verified that kyc at that time. After they successfully verified my kyc, i started investing money in that application but then they suddenly removed my kyc and now I’m not able to withdraw or use the application anymore. They (coindcx customer care executives) are fooling me since last 7 months. They are asking Mr Uchit Ravidas’s documents which i don’t have because I don’t know who that person is. It’s all because i purchased a new sim card and that number was already registered with someone else ( which happens and is common). Now they are not ready to complete my kyc and also not understanding a simple thing that i have mentioned more than 50 times in last 7 months. I have talked multiple times with them also but still there’s no solution. Now my money is stucked and I have tried a lot to make them understand that I have invested all the money, i gave them all screenshots and proofs of the transaction and i have everything mine registered in the account including email, mobile number, everything mobikwik wallet is also mine, only the paytm bank i don’t have which is also mine but is registered with someone else’s name ( Uchit Ravidas). Please help as they never said anything but now suddenly they removed kyc after i invested money multiple times. My money is stucked please help. I ready to give all my documents or proofs.
