All big bazaar stores are permanently closed bt still future pay customer support is nt refunding neither responding regarding big bazaar wallet balance. I contacted to customer support in Feb they said they will refund thn their number was nt in service. I mailed so many times there was no response and nw they have removed big bazaar wallet history from future pay app. And this was balance was added directly from my account to pay for my order n big bazaar manager cheated he did nt gave the products for the order n after many complaints he refunded the amt to future pay which I was nt able to use as big bazaar closed without informing
