Dear All,
I transfer rs 10000 from paytm payment bank which have been transferred to wrong person just because I entered last few digits wrong of my Ifsc code but I entered correct name and correct account number when I made a complaint against this in paytm customer care they people sent me a indemnity form I filled the form and sent to them but after that whenever I call customer care a new person attand my call and says “we have not received your complaint ” i want to inform you here that when i send my indemnity form at the same time I call to customer care and representative tells me that he has received the form but when I call next day they say we have not received your indemnity form and they put my call on hold
I have lost my 10000 rs and they people are harassing me
kindly help me.
