We were tricked by a team of OS DIA DE FESTA VACATION PVT LTD in the name of holiday hotel accommodation. They have asked us to take membership valid of 4 years and can book hotel across the world without any hotel charges (except maintenance charges)
I have paid Rs75000 and when I’ve tried booking a hotel with them, there is no response from the company. Sales persons who involved during booking the membership told us that the owner ran way with money and has started a new company.
This booking happened in Oct 2024 in Goa (Candolim), I have raised an online police complaint with Goa police but no update yet if the complaint was accepted.
There are so many families who have paid lakhs of rupees and got cheated by this scam.
I kindly request you to look into this complaint and help many families who have fallen for scam & many more to fall as the owner has opened a new company (mentioned by the OS DIA DE FESTA VACATION sales employees)
