I got an advertisement of phone that i was interested in buying.so i contacted him and he said he is from Indian army and sent me all his details. And then he asked me for my adress and 500rs to get the billing done. Which i did send. When i asked him for proof of the package he sent me some pics which i found really sketchy. The next day he asked me to pay 5000 rs which was a refundable amount he said and that i would get it back once he delivers the package..i kept telling him i wundt pay a penny unless he delivers me the parcel..he kept threatening me he would file and online complaint against me that i “cheated”on him.
