First I tried to recharge data for my mobile in paytm, it was kept in processing by showing this reason ( now airtel not accepting recharges).but I tried again for urgent need of data, now again same repeats, so now I tried again in phonepe it was succeeded.after that I kept request to cancel the processing one’s , but after some the two got succeeded. Now i lost my money,I paid 60 rupees for 1 gb data. I want explain to them by speaking to their agent,there is no chance to speak with agent. The customer care number are not listed my requirements to speak with agent. So I want to raise a complaint.
