Sir ,
I Munmun Kundu ,Subscriber Id 1409461181 recharged of rs 250 through Freecharge app’s UPI id on 15th august 20201on 9.29 pm. Though Freecharge app showing the Transaction
was successful and also got that msg too, but That rs 250 was not credited to my Tata Sky Account. Then I Called Your customer Care for help ,they informed me that recharge was un-successful at Tata sky’s end and as Rs 250 was deducted for un-successful transaction ,it will be refunded back to my account after 7-10 days.
Now its already 10 days over but still no refund of rs 250 is done to my account as I checked before writing this .
So, please take the necessary steps to refund me as early as possible.
