Hello sir,This is Nazia I have made a payment of Rs. 28760 on Amazon from my dhani card on 8th September, but due to some reason i had to cancelled the product and the transaction is refunded from the Amazon merchant side and they have already initiated the refund and provided refund reference number also, but still I have not received my refund till now it’s beena month now the money has not been reflected into my Dhani wallet And My registered mobile number is 9852070526 Name- Nazia Perween Refund Reference No- Ynz611
Please resolve this issue immediately and refund my money I have already contacted the customer care a lot of times through mail and call but no satisfactory response from their side has been given.
