Discresption – I made payment to merchant but goods and services not provided by merchant and merchant not available for communication please raise a charge back request against merchant.because i have multiple transactions with multiple merchants, merchant’s company and merchant are currently non-existent, so interaction with merchant is not possible, so a charge back request against merchant.
