Dear All,
I have returned Bose SoundSport Free, original item on 07 May 2021 at around 11:30 AM in very good condition without any defect but now when i called amazon customer service to know the status of my refund they are saying that i have returned wrong product. 1. Pickup person have checked everything at the time of pickup then how the product can be defective . 2. If it was not original or defected product then why he picked up.
3. He has provided receipt also.
4. As per you, please show me the defected product they have received.
