Hello, I have taken loan from slice pay of RS 10000 on 2nd October 2021, Money had been debited from slice pay but it didn’t credit in my account. So i gave a complaint regarding the issue , they told me that they will take care of this issue and it’s been 10 months and now they are telling me that they are not responsible. And telling me they will reduce my credit limit .
So please check into this issue and please provide a justification for me
