I had booked a RERA registered property in Chennai OMR , named NUTECH KAMALALAYA and paid 10% of property price on October 2019 amount 7.8 lakh
Due to post covid crisis I need to cancel my booking as no agreement was signed with promoter.
Promoter denied to refund my money that I had paid during october 2019 showing some reason that 3 months from property booking over hence 10% of property money will be deducted
