Text of Complaint by Nischay Adhikari:

Actually I have Ordered debit card for ₹295 but its about 2 months above i have didnt received my debit card , i have called more than 100 times to the support team but whenever i call to the support team they always says that your complaint is on processing , but on 15 sept 2022 i called again after waiting for many days so they are saying that we can deliver the card nor we can refund the money , you have to order new card . They think customer is fool & Money is growing over tree , so i want to take strict action over FI Bank Immediately . I am also having Recorded calls for proof .
