My name is Banamali Birua, I was applying for a ICAR, IARI Technician-T1 Vacancy On 31 Dec, 2021 , After filling up the form I have to pay the registration+ Exam fee , I choosed a option of Debit card and when I paid the Amount of ₹300 , Amount was successfully deducted from my Bank Account but in the website of IARI payment is still showing Pending.
So I need refund of my payment which was received by Edcildrcard.
Please help me out.
