I booked a ticket on 18 octobar 2021 Ahmedabad to kolkata which is got cancelled don’t know why. However they called me and said your ticket has cancelled and you will get you refund with in 7 days but it’s been 34 day’s. 15 time I called and everyday different different excuses given by the Travolook staff. Even they don’t have any courtesy or any sach kind manner to talk with the costumer. 4 times they disconnected the call.
