I have booked a flight on 12th of February 2021 from Srinagar to Lucknow which was cancelled, and I was told that my refund will be within 21 working days. But I have not received my money yet. I have talk to their costumer care representatives and wrote them 2 emails and acknowledge them with this issue but it has been more than 75 days and 50 working days and yet I am unable to get my money back.
