This is to inform you that i made a payment of Rs. 1,768/- on 12/02/2021 to buy new connection of Airtel Fiber (Application no. 01292089700). But after 3-4 days regularly calling to executive (Mr. Talah Khan) who wasn’t even picking up my call who visited us to collect my documents said the there is connection problem in your area and so broadband can’t be installed and your amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. I received a message from Airtel on 2/3/2021 that your refund has been initiated. But till now i haven’t got my refund amount. Kindly do the needful. I am a regular customer of Airtel for a long time now and i do not expect this kind of behaviour from your side
