I am writing this mail from bhopal madhya pradesh. Reason for writing this mail is i have applied for the xtream fibre connection for my home and done my kyc on 02-01-2021 they told me that connection will be setup on next day but after a week they told me that there is no line for connection in your arera i was to angry and asked them to shut my connection and refund my money back .
I got the cancellation message from airtel and told that wait for 7-10 working days
I got cancellation message on 07-01-2021. But 7-10 for airtel are not yet over its 02-02-2021
I have called every possible ways to airtel but no respond from airtel.
I want my money back with interest
