On 3rd February a sum of Rs. 20000 got debited from my account but the transaction was failed.
I complained to phonepe but did not get the refund stating the reason this is due to the technical issue of my bank.
I have already lodged a complain in my bank and my bank says this is a third party transaction and they don’t have anything to do do with this issue.
With extreme dissatisfaction I request you kindly resolve my issue at an earliest. Thank you.
