I have downloaded the one card app and try to explore it’s features but they asked me to open a fd account i fill all the details and information but then i decided not to open fd but till then the application was already submitted and i have made a payment of 2000rs for FD, then i contacted to their customer service to close my fd account & give me my money back and they told me not to worry about that they will cancel the application and the deducted money will be refund back to my account but it’s been 3 days and still my account not closed and money not refunded. I have sent them many mails and try to contact them but no response from their end.
