I had deposited Rs10,000 (using upi) in my phonepe Account wallet on 19/11/2022. After that i came to know that wallet money can not be transferred to another person so i had to close the wallet on that same day itself. They told me that the amount will be credited back to source (upi) within 2 to 3 days. So i waited till 25/11/2022 but there was no response from their side. I raised my issue through customer care support. They told me everytime that the money will be refund at end of the day and assure me that i will get the refund .Till now there is no response and i did not receive the refund. Its very difficult to reach them through customer care and also its a difficult situation for me.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
