I was ordered via jio mart app to vegetable and dry fruits and some other things on 8th may 2021. My oreder was received on 12th may 2021. While receiving my oreder i paid bill amount to against the QR code via gpay. The amount was debited my bank account. But delivery man told that transfer amount was not received our branch. Its gone to some other branch. So you have to pay once again for same bill. Again i had given cash to him RS. 1910.after he said transfer amounts will be refund shortly. After till now i had complaints many time. Still refund not credited
