I placed an order through irctc ecatering (hyderabad Dum biryani at nellore (The biryani life restaurant) yesterday at 7 :58 pm and also amount paid .but the order delivery station arrived but they are not coming to deliver the food to me ,then I called them about my food (order),the restaurant guy telling that your order is not prepared ,but in the irctc ecatering app it is showing that food is prepared.they are liaing. And he given me one number ,he asked me to call to that number ,and I called to that number which he was a delivery boy and I asked about my food,he said that I have not received your order from restaurant .the restaurant and delivery boy are playing with me at that time ,I am very hungry I didn’t eat food on that day because of that waste fellows ,Atlast train departed the station .I called to irctc customer care ,they listened about my issue and she said we will look into this and talk to vendor , money will be refund to your account ,upto that OK, and after that call(irctc customer care) suddenly I got a mail which is order delivered ,actually order was not delivered ,and again I am trying to contact they are not lifting my call.finally I mailed these things to irctc customer care, still after sending my issue to them ,they are sending again and again the thing is order delivered ,literally my money gone and I am hungry ,no humanity i have proof also ,I want my money back time and i attached screen shot below at 10:25 to 10:33,I am in station after that train has departed the screenshot taken time is 10:59 which means they are not delivered the order to me ,simply they are using their magic tricks ,i paid amount to them ,they updated as order delivered ,actually order was not delivered.
