On 18th May I placed an order for a eAirtec 43 ‘ Smart TV costing INR 20999 and paid the money in full by Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card . Subsequently I cancelled the order for some inconvenience on 18th itself and claimed refund of money I spent . The item has neither been dispatched to me nor the refund has been made till date despite several numbers of chats and conversation over phone to Amazon’s Customer Service . I am an old lady of 72 years and weak in health and mind. Being also a prime customer of Amazon I am not getting any help even after numbers of follow-ups during past one and a half months in vain
