I am highly dissatisfied , Not got a connection that I paid for (Application form no. 0441901698) and refund is also not initiated .
Requested for a new airtel connection online and Mr. Nagoorkani TSM (9677717426) called and sent a sales person Named Karthik(7305477128) . He came to my house to verify Aadhaar , and checked for network availability and said we do have network availability in our area and sent an airtel link to do a payment off 2828 INR to activate a new connection we have sent and activated the connection (Application form no. 0441901698) and got a message saying ou application is successful and he said the engineer will come to our home and give connection , next day the engineer came on 19th Aug 2020 and says that network is not available for our area and said they will initiate for refund but we have not gotten any acknowledgement on refund initiation , when i called the manager Mr. Nagoorkani , he is lethargic and not responding to my calls . Where is my money and i am not even sure if they have initiated the refund .They bluffed regarding network connection for sales projection and they are not even responding to my calls and haven’t initiated for refund .why such a reputed organization like airtel is hiring such bad people and spoiling the company’s reputation .
Added to that the manager speaks in bad language to the customers without respect
