I have applied a personal loan in India Al credit cash app. I got an loan approval of 50000 the processing 750 and 2500 transferring charges are paid through UPI pjone pe. When distribution to my bank accnumber has incorrect so when I can tact to customer care through WhatsApp he said pay 20% after you received the loan amount I have paid 10000 & 10000 for cancellation charges totally 23250 paid using phone pay loan not received paid amount not refunded
