i wanted to install broadband in my home they assured me for installment but i have to pay them first to built order after that the engineer come to me saying that he cant install broadband here cause there are full booking of ports here already 3 connections are cancelled before after that i am calling to that person for several days he assured that he will install broadband in my home after that when he failed he started ignoring my calls after that i used airtel customer care they also started assuring me that we will cancel your connection and money will be refunded from 10 days straight they every customer care executive said one thing that they had cancelled but they didn’t even their senior assured me that he has cancelled my connection and money will be refunded but never did he cancelled i am helpless over here if you can help me here!
