I got a call from Hathway sales department for a renewal connection. I was forced to pay the 480/- for a monthly plan through the Phonepe. But i didn’t face any executive directly. Nobody came to me. Only the person named Devendhar from LbNagar branch called me. I regret to pay the amount until the executive come to my home directly. But he said that, as hathway is famous and nobody can cheat you. So he forced me to pay 350/- rupees initially, then after i get the connection, can pay rest of the amount. So i he requested me 350/- through phonepe, i paid that amout. And from then, nobody came to me or called me. And i raised a complaint at customercare for this issue continuously 3 days. All executives said within 24hrs issue will be resolved. But after 4 days, still nobody contacted me. So i have taken Airtel broadband. Now i need my amount refund back immediately. Here I am attaching my payment proof. And the number which i got a call from to pay amount is +918790994873 Please refund my asap. Thank You.
