I paid from my debit card for purchase of Speria K20-64GB(carbon Black) 6GB Ram. Though the amount of Rs.4500/- paid. I did not receive the Mobile Phone till now. Kindly take necessary steps to avoid this type of problems in future and help me to recover the money. Please.
