Hai, I am using a hathway internet connection, currently I am using 60mbps plan which valid untill January 19th. Then I started getting calls from different hathway executives saying that I had renew my plan as it is about to end from 8th January itself. I got a call from one of the hathway executives on 10th January about renewing my plan. I declined to renew at first as there is lot of time, then she told me you have a special offer for today only if you do recharge we will decrease your amount.Then also I didn’t accept as I wanted to change my plan to 100Mbps she told yes that also will come for the reduced amount.So then I recharged my account with 1415/- and my regular plan amount is 1776/- rupees. Then evn after I renewed my account I received almost 50 calls saying that your plan is about to expire do you want to recharge. Some of the I declined saying that no as I exhausted with this harassment and for almost 10 of the executives I told them I already renewed my account. Then they said okay wait we will check and let you know, and they checked and told me yes we received amount of 1415/- rupees. From 20th January I am not able to access my wifi, so I raised a service request in hathway app, saying that I already renewed my plan but still my account is not activated. Even after complaint no one is called me untill afternoon. Then myself called to customer care they said we will solve your problem in 2 hours in my 2nd call. Even after 4 hours no communication happened then again I called them and said that I don’t need activation I just need my money back. One of the executive forwarded this call to some escalation team. Then one person talked to me I told him every thing then he was asking for extra money as saying that offer is not valid for 100Mbps plan. I refuse to pay at that time as I am really done with them. I almost called customer care 6 times and I didn’t get proper response even two of the executives cut the call on my face while I am talking. It is almost 24hours that I raised my request as hathway promises customer that they will solve the issue atmost 24hours, and I didn’t get any call or my money or internet. I had to recharge again with 1776/- rupees as I don’t have another choice as I don’t leave my work back for another day. I already lost 1day of work because of this mess.
