Hai I got a call from hathway agent on 10th January 2022 saying that my internet plan is about to end so you can renew it, I told them I have so much time to do that as my plan can lasts untill 19th January 2022, then they yd you have one offer for today if you recharge today we will reduce your plan amount. Then I said okay and I paid the amount.after that also I received so many calls from hathway agents saying that your is due for renewal and I told them I already paid the amount then they checked it and told me yes you paid the amount sorry for the inconvenience. But from the 20tg January 2022 morning my network is not working when I check same in my hathway app, it told me your account is deactivated due to the not renew the amount. So I have raise the service request for this issue in app almost 5 hours back but still I don’t receive any call regarding this issue.
