| I have transfered 20k Rs from Dhani wallet to my Bank Account with high transaction charges of 2.75%. The service provider has made promise to transfer the amount within 4-6 hours, but I have not received my money even after 24 hrs, neither they are responding to the emails sent to them nor their number has customer care service except IVR option. I paid the high charges for transfer because I am in urgent need of money, due to delaying from their side I am liable of penalty for not paying my credit card bills. My money has been stuc and there is no option to contact. |
