I Have booked a flight from delhi to dibrugrah at 16th june 2022 from TRAVOLOOK.IN with booking reference no. REF019653282. just after payment succesfull mail, i got a mail of ticket cancellation due to price variation.ii that mail they mention my full money will be refunded with in 10-15 days. but till date 12/08/2022 they did not refund my money . they are not replying any mail(mail id not availbale) their customer executive told only to wait for one more week. i am very frustrated by this fraud. i am waiting for money since last 7 week .
