I have visited INOX VR Surat Dumas Road on 09/03/2024 to watch 9:30 PM show of a movie. I went to ticket counter for getting the tickets and paid for it. On my end, the money got deducted from my account, but the person on the ticket counter showed that the ticket booking got failed and the system was logged off. Then he checked the same by logging again into the system and showed the selected ticket didn’t get book. He told to do the booking process once again and pay the sum again, also did he ensured that the failed booking ticket amount will get refunded. The amount has not yet been credited to my account.
I have raised the tickets on every platform available but got no results.
I am attaching the transaction that got failed.
