i have booked a zoomcar for 28th september …i found that the car was faulty when i visited the pickup location…immediately i contacted the customer care and they acknowledged that the car was faulty and assured me that the amount will be refunded…….my booking id:JPSN7FIFW
REFUND amount: 4999
its been more than a month but still refund was not credited
