My mother ordered a kurti of Rs.899 from woomero which was not like shown on the website. It was totally different and damaged too. So she returned the parcel through courier at place mentioned on the package on 24th of september,2020. But still the money hasn’t been refunded by them. She mailed them several times but neither they have replied for any of the mails nor provided any contact number on their website through which we can contact them. Now what shall we do ?
