Travolook
– Money not refunded
I have booked a ticket through travolook.in with reference ID REFREF291860883 from GOA TO MUMBAI for 20 Sep 2021. After completing of payment , I didn’t receive my ticket , instead of sending ticket they send me mail of TICKET IN PROGRESS with reference ID.
Within * minutes, I got another mail of cancellation of ticket. I called to their support team and found that my ticket got cancelled by airlines because PNR is not generated. I asked them for my refund money of amount Rs-2925. Then suddenly they cut the call.
I called several times but no answer from them.
Then i checked on google then found that TRAVOLOOK IS FRUAD COMPANY AND THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLES GOT CHEATED IN THE SAME MANNER AND DIDNOT RECEIVE THEIR MONEY.
